Pointy Patches P in Mrs. Palesse's classroom

Miss Pointy Patches is covered with her diamond shaped patches.  The children used watercolor paints to decorate their own pointy patch, put pink & purple sticky tape on the letter p, played with peg boards & play-doh!  Lastly, we popped popcorn balls with a parachute.

Miss L has the longest laugh and likes to make shadow puppets at the beach.

Fruit and Vegetable Grant

Mrs. Wall has received a Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Grant for our school for the 2013-14 school year.

Who has funny feet?

Miss F has funny feet. Her feet are large and green. Ask your child these questions:
What is Miss F's favorite animal, smell, game, and food. The answers are: foxes, flowers, football and fresh fruit. Our featured story was, "Five Green and Speckled Frogs." Each child was able to retell the story using 5 frogs, log and pool.  We painted frogs on logs with watercolor paints.  
  
On Thursday, October 3, 2013, we joined the entire school with Read for the Record. The morning class was read to by Mrs. Semrad's students and the afternoon class was read to by Mrs. Leighton'
